RUSHIKESH KULKARNI

Chief Operating Officer

Rushikesh is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with a strong background in Computer Science. He began his software career at Infosys and later founded Simplicity Creations, which was acquired by iLink Digital in 2020. At iLink, he led global IoT operations, driving significant business growth and team expansion. As the COO of Edgematics, Rushikesh leverages his extensive experience to drive strategic growth and enhance operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional value for clients.

RAJAN RAMAN

Director of Data Management & Governance

Rajan is data management professional who comes with over 18 years of technical delivery experience. His expertise lies in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions across the data management spectrum, encompassing data modeling, data engineering, data quality, master data management, data governance, data migration, big data, and cloud data management.

With a robust track record of leading end-to-end data management projects, Rajan has successfully overseen initiatives with teams exceeding 20 members across regions in the United States, India, and the Middle East and have delivered & implemented 40+ Data Management projects. His project leadership spans multiple industries, including retail, banking, supply chain, logistics, investments, and the automotive sector, bringing a wealth of cross-domain insights to his work.

A dedicated mentor and advocate for knowledge sharing, Rajan has trained over 7,000 candidates globally on data management platforms, grooming the next generation of technical teams. His hands-on technical skills are extensive, covering a broad range of technologies and platforms, such as Java, Informatica, relational database management systems, Teradata, Greenplum, Linux, shell scripting, Vertica, Big Data, Databricks, and cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.

Rajan is certified in several industry-leading technologies, including Informatica, Talend, Vertica, and Teradata. His expertise, combined with his experience in managing large-scale projects and fostering team growth, positions him as a highly skilled leader in the data management space."

Head of AI/ML

Prashant has around 13 years of experience in IT, specializing in AI, ML, and Generative AI. Throughout his career, he has effectively integrated cutting-edge technology into design processes, optimizing processes and enhancing customer experiences. His professional journey includes working with prominent companies such as Cognizant, Infosys, Citibank, and T-Systems. He is dedicated to challenging the boundaries of traditional architecture and exploring the transformative potential of AI in shaping the future.

SAJAL SHRIVASTAVA

Director of Delivery

Sajal comes with 18 years of experience in the IT industry and with a passion for driving innovation & efficiency in the Software Engineering sector. He has proven record of leading cross-functional teams to success throughout all the stages of the project right from the initiation, development, QA and deployment. He is proficient with agile methodologies, project management, stakeholder management, team management and risk management and has long experience in building relationships with the clients to ensure account growth. He will work closely with the project teams to ensure high quality delivery to our customers.

Sajal has managed projects across multiple domains like Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, Energy etc., on multiple technologies / cloud platforms, and different types of projects like Web & Mobile Development, Data Analytics & Engineering, IIoT, Cloud Migration etc. Before moving to the Program and Project Management, he has a long 10+ years of hands-on software development experience using multiple Microsoft technologies, that enables him to understand the technical requirements, application architecture, code quality and technical challenges better while managing the projects.

KOMAL NAHAR
