Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Executive – Contracts & Admin with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, this role is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and receiving visitors
  • Handle Domestic travel arrangements for all employees
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Performing reference checks for new joiners, assist in organizing company events
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Produce and submit reports
  • Support other assigned functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any other education
  • 3 to 6 months of experience
  • Full understanding of Admin functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy
  • 6 month to 1 year experience in the admin field.
