Raheel is responsible for defining the direction for Edgematics and for advancing the company’s business strategy. He enjoys his time spent with customers to understand their business problems and challenges, specifically related to "DATA" and to help solve them. Raheel has around 25 years of extensive experience in providing Enterprise Information management solutions to large organizations. During his career, Raheel held several leadership positions at international Data and Analytics companies delivering ground-breaking changes for these organizations such as achieving significant revenue growth, geographic expansions, etc.

Ludivine Noirel is CEO & founder of Bridgeastern (India - Singapore- Europe- UAE- US), a Strategy and Investment company and a Venture Partner at Ahimsa Capital (USA-INDIA- SEA). Ludivine is a Capital Market expert, former awarded Equity Fund Manager (LFDE, Shanti AM and BNPP Mutual Fund), strategy advisor (Venture Capital / Private Equity deals and growth hacking) and an investor with a focus on Tech or Tech enabling companies.

Rajan comes with technical delivery experience with 18 years and expertise in providing solutions in Data Management with Data Modelling, Data Engineering, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Migration, Big Data , Cloud Data Management etc. Along with this he has over experiences in implementing and leading Data Management projects End to End with team over 20+ in US, India, and Middle East. He is also part of grooming and mentoring the next set of technical teams as well and has provided training in Data Management platform over 7000+ candidates across the globe. He has worked in multiple domains like Retail, Banking, Supply Chain, Logistics , Investments, Automobile etc. He has extensive experiences in Java, Informatica, Relational Data Base Management Systems, Teradata, Greenplum, Linux, Shell Scripting, Vertica, Big Data, Data Bricks, Azure, AWS etc. and certified in Informatica, Talend, Vertica , Teradata.

Shailendra comes with over 19 years of industry experience in designing, developing, managing, and delivering large scale enterprise solutions. During his career,
Shailendra has worked on multiple business and technology domains including Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Regulatory Compliance,
Enterprise Storage and Cloud for Fortune 100 companies. Shailendra has worked on large migration and transformation projects as well as designed applications
from grounds-up. He has program management experience of handling 100 million USD + programs spread across multiple geographies. Shailendra has worked on
varied technology platforms including Java, Python, Perl, Sybase, MongoDB, Oracle, PL/SQL and DB2. For the past 6+ years, he has been working on ETL,
Datawarehouses, Data Science, Machine Learning and NLP. He is enthusiastic about using data driven insights to measure and improve business outcomes.

He is a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and has demonstrated expertise in effectively leading cross-functional teams of over 15+ members located across India, Canada, Latin America, and Dubai to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion while exceeding client expectations. He also possesses extensive expertise in Data Engineering, including proficiency in ETL processes, Data Ingestion & Migration, Data Quality, and Infrastructure management. Moreover, Chaitanya has successfully overseen numerous data-driven projects and is skilled in utilizing a variety of project management tools, like Jira and MS Project. In his previous role, Chaitanya successfully managed the entire project lifecycle for multiple engine testing projects in the automotive industry.
