Data Strategy and Data Program
We partner with our clients to define the Data Strategy & develop a multi–year program to make your organization more data-centric. To begin with, we conduct Business Value Assessments (BVAs) to identify the business objectives, current pain points and overall vision. We will further explore how the business processes and data should be aligned to achieve the business goals. This engagement and assessment becomes critically important to identify which technology solutions and platforms are required to solve the business use case and needs. Our team of experts will guide you throughout the process and obtain the required inputs needed to build your data strategy.
Discovery Workshops
We run discovery workshops as part of the discovery phase which aims to put key stakeholders in a room together for the specific purpose of ideating and defining the project objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes. Ideally, these workshops are held over a minimum of several days, once or twice a day, for a minimum of 1-2 hour sessions. You should walk away from these sessions with a clear, actionable project plan that can be implemented in order to create a minimum viable product (MVP) or proof of concept (POC).
